Charging your batteries correctly is the key to maximising performance and ensuring a long service life. AGM and gel batteries in particular require careful handling to avoid damage and loss of capacity.

  • Regular charging: Fully charge your battery after every use. Even with irregular or occasional use, a full charge after use is essential.
  • Longer downtimes: Disconnect the charger after one week. After one month, disconnect the battery from the machine to prevent deep discharge.
  • No intermediate loads: The full charging cycle takes between 10 and 14 hours, depending on the condition of the battery.
  • Optimum storage: AGM and gel batteries can be stored fully charged for up to three months without recharging. However, they should be stored between 0°C and 30°C and in a dry environment.

These simple measures will ensure that your batteries are always ready for use. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
