What should you do if you do not yet have a company number?

To install your Midea system, you will need a one-time company number. This serves as proof that you are an authorised installer. This allows us to provide you with targeted assistance if necessary.

MHELIOS is a complete solution for home energy management. It integrates inverters, storage units, heat pumps and wall boxes into a single system that can be controlled intelligently and centrally. Energy flows are automatically optimised according to weather data, consumption and electricity prices in order to maximise self-consumption and avoid peak loads.

Yes, many Midea products meet the requirements for BAFA or KfW subsidy programmes. They comply with Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) and support grid-friendly control, which makes subsidies possible and the investment even more attractive.

Installers use the goMSolar app for setup and maintenance, while end customers use the MSmartHome app to visualise energy flows, control systems and track CO₂ emissions. This enables convenient, smart and transparent control at all times.
