Conditions of participation for refrigeration licence A2 training 

5-day classroom course with theory, practice and exam

1. conclusion of contract & liability

By submitting the online registration form, you make a binding booking for a place on the course. You will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.

2. target group & requirements

Persons with one of the following qualifications are eligible to participate: - Completed training in the electrical trade with HWK qualification - Completed training in a technical, related profession with IHK qualification - Commercial-technical or craft training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned professional fields (proof of activity required) - In addition: Minimum age 18 years, sufficient knowledge of German. The requirements of the training partner apply to the examination.

3. scope of services

Seminar over 5 days with theory & practice, course materials, participation in the exam, retake fees in case of failure may apply separately.

Midea HVAC Academy, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 14, 65760 Eschborn, Germany

5. price & payment

Course fee: 1,949 € plus 19% VAT (instead of 2,249 € plus 19% VAT) Invoice after confirmation. After successful registration, a deposit of 50 % of the course fee is due. This is to be paid within 7 days of invoicing.
The remaining 50 % of the course fee is due no later than 14 days before the start of the course. The receipt of payment by the organiser is decisive for the timeliness of payment. Participation may be refused in the event of late payment.

6. voucher bonus (Midea)

800 € voucher for Midea air conditioners in the AKKU SYS Shop, valid for 3 months from participation in the training course. Non-transferable, no cash payment, cannot be combined with other promotions.

7. cancellation/change by organiser

The course may be postponed or cancelled in the event of force majeure, illness of the instructor or an insufficient number of participants. Fees already paid will be refunded; further claims (e.g. travel/hotel costs) are excluded.

8. certificate

The certificate of competence A2 is issued by the training partner after passing the theory and practical examination. No entitlement to certificate without passing.

9. data transfer to training partners

Your registration data will be transmitted to the Bundesfachschule Kälte-Klima-Technik (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR). For details see data protection information.
