The growth of the AKKU SYS Group is underpinned in the long term by a structural change. The managing partners are strengthening the Group's operational focus by creating the cross-divisional CFO function.
In addition to his responsibility for accounting, vom Hofe will dedicate himself to the further development of planning and controlling. He sees himself as an internal service provider who provides the management and operational managers with decision-making and control information. Björn vom Hofe will take on the role in addition to his duties as Managing Director of the Group company Aequisol from 1 December 2023.
"The rapid growth of the AKKU SYS Group requires a stronger focus on internal and external financial issues. We are delighted to be able to competently fill this important role with Björn vom Hofe," says Björn Nowosadtko, explaining the background to the personnel decision. "I am very much looking forward to my new tasks and would like to thank the shareholders for their trust," says vom Hofe.
Before joining the AKKU SYS Group, Björn vom Hofe worked in consulting and industry for over 20 years. Most recently, he was responsible for investment management in a multi-family office. Prior to this, von Hofe gained a wide range of project experience in medium-sized companies as a corporate finance consultant in one of Germany's largest auditing firms.
