Conditions of participation for refrigeration licence A2 training\u00a0<\/h1>\n

5-day classroom course with theory, practice and exam<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. conclusion of contract & liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

By submitting the online registration form, you make a binding booking for a place on the course. You will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\n

2. target group & requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

Persons with one of the following qualifications are eligible to participate: - Completed training in the electrical trade with HWK qualification - Completed training in a technical, related profession with IHK qualification - Commercial-technical or craft training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned professional fields (proof of activity required) - In addition: Minimum age 18 years, sufficient knowledge of German. The requirements of the training partner apply to the examination.<\/p>\n

3. scope of services<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seminar over 5 days with theory & practice, course materials, participation in the exam, retake fees in case of failure may apply separately.<\/p>\n

4. venue<\/strong><\/p>\n

Midea HVAC Academy, Ludwig-Erhard-Stra\u00dfe 14, 65760 Eschborn, Germany<\/p>\n

5. price & payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Course fee: 1,949 \u20ac plus 19% VAT (instead of 2,249 \u20ac plus 19% VAT) Invoice after confirmation. After successful registration, a deposit of 50 % of the course fee is due. This is to be paid within 7 days of invoicing.
The remaining 50 % of the course fee is due no later than 14 days before the start of the course. The receipt of payment by the organiser is decisive for the timeliness of payment. Participation may be refused in the event of late payment.<\/p>\n

6. voucher bonus (Midea)<\/strong><\/p>\n

An \u20ac800 voucher for Midea air conditioning units at the AKKU SYS Shop, valid for 3 months from the date of attending the training course. Non-transferable, no cash alternative, cannot be combined with other offers.<\/p>\n

7. cancellation\/change by organiser<\/strong><\/p>\n

The course may be postponed or cancelled in the event of force majeure, illness of the instructor or an insufficient number of participants. Fees already paid will be refunded; further claims (e.g. travel\/hotel costs) are excluded.<\/p>\n


8. certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n

The certificate of competence A2 is issued by the training partner after passing the theory and practical examination. No entitlement to certificate without passing.<\/p>\n

9. data transfer to training partners<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your registration data will be transmitted to the Bundesfachschule K\u00e4lte-Klima-Technik (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR). For details see data protection information.<\/p>\n
