As we know, it was the coronavirus pandemic that forced a rethink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, while many companies are at least partially tying their employees back to their desks, colleagues are even leaving the country, at least temporarily, with the support of the wholesaler. During their three-month tour of South America, they were able to seamlessly combine their work with cultural and language experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"We adapted our working hours to the time difference and were therefore able to work efficiently with the team. After work, we also had enough time to explore new places and immerse ourselves in the Latin American culture,\" reports Vanessa Wurster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work was organised effectively through careful planning and the use of efficient communication tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the background interview, the two give numerous tips and emphasise what you should look out for. They are certain of one thing: the workation also gave them the opportunity to organise their free time in a variety of ways, from sightseeing and visiting museums to taking part in the famous carnival in Rio and hiking to Machu Picchu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Managing Director Joachim Koop sees a major opportunity for AKKU SYS: \u201eIf we are to maintain our current growth trajectory \u2013 with turnover of around 75% in 2022 \u2013 our approach to modern working is a fundamental factor.
