The managing partners are strengthening the Group's operational focus by creating the cross-divisional CFO function.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to his responsibility for accounting, vom Hofe will dedicate himself to the further development of planning and controlling. He sees himself as an internal service provider who provides the management and operational managers with decision-making and control information. Bj\u00f6rn vom Hofe will take on the role in addition to his duties as Managing Director of the Group company Aequisol from 1 December 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eThe rapid growth of the AKKU SYS Group requires a stronger focus on internal and external financial issues. We are delighted to be able to competently fill this important role with Bj\u00f6rn vom Hofe,\u201c says Bj\u00f6rn Nowosadtko, explaining the background to the personnel decision. \u201eI am very much looking forward to my new tasks and would like to thank the shareholders for their trust,\u201c says vom Hofe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining the AKKU SYS Group, Bj\u00f6rn vom Hofe worked in consulting and industry for over 20 years. Most recently, he was responsible for investment management in a multi-family office.
